Would You Like To Watch DVDs On Your iPod?
If you're like me and have been searching for a way to quickly
and easily transfer your DVD's onto your new iPod, then listen up
because I’ve tried them all and have finally found one that I like
best and you should know about it right now.
A few days ago, I had a problem. I got a bunch of 80's movie DVDs,
and a brand new iPod to watch them on for my birthday. The only
problem was I didn't have a way to get those DVDs onto the iPod. It
would be nice if Apple would include some software to make this a
simple process, but they don't. So, I got online and did a search
for some software that would do this transfer for me. There were a
lot to choose from, so I purchased the first DVD to iPod software
that I saw. I figured they were all pretty much the same anyway. Was
I wrong. The software was slow and buggy, and just didn't work the
way it should, so I finally gave up.
The next day, after working in the yard a bit, I was determined to
relax by watching a DVD on my iPod. I got back online and purchased
another DVD to iPod software package. In no time, my DVD was
copying. Things were looking pretty good until about the 44%
complete point. "Error". I tried again, gave it
some time, and...."Error". I tried 4 or 5 different
DVDs, but still no luck. Actually, my "Breakfast Club"
DVD did reach 100% status, but when I tried playing it on my iPod,
the movie kept hanging up, and the picture was terrible.
I was about to start using my DVDs for target practice!
Well, about a week later, I decided to give it one more try. We were
going on a long road trip, and I desperately wanted to watch a few
movies to pass the time along the way. I got online again and
purchased my 3rd DVD to iPod software package. Not
expecting very much, I began copying my first DVD. 6 minutes and 22
seconds later, it had completed! I couldn’t believe it! Still
skeptical, I tried to play the movie on my iPod. Finally! The movie
played flawlessly, and the picture quality was great. I tried
another DVD, and it went just as smoothly as the first. Before
long, all my favorite 80's movies were loaded on my iPod, just in
time for my trip.
So, here's deal: Your time is valuable, and you could either buy
every DVD to iPod product and try each one for yourself (and spend a
small fortune in the process) or you can take my advice and use the Avex
DVD to iPod Video Suite.
To make it easy on you, I’ve arranged for a free trial so you can
determine for yourself if this software is right for you.
