Would You Like To Watch DVDs On Your New iPod, Zune,
Or PSP?
You have to give it to Apple, Microsoft and Sony. They put out
some great, if not revolutionary products when they released their
iPod, iPhone, Zune and PSP players. These MP4 players and gaming
consoles not only started a new trend, they set the technological
standard in this market that others follow. But, even these guys are
not perfect.
If you're like me, you were a new iPod owner who one day decided
you wanted to watch dvds on your iPod. And, just like me, you
found out that that wasn't so easy to do. After doing a bit of
research, I discovered that it wasn't just the iPod. Converting
a dvd to the Zune, PSP, or any other mp4 player was nearly
impossible because these companies didn't include software that
would do this, which doesn't really make any sense. Never fear,
capitalism is here!
As usually happens whenever there is a need that isn't being met,
several innovative software companies stepped up to the plate and
developed software suites that would convert our dvds for us.
Because of these creative folks, it is now super easy to rip a DVD to
iPod, Zune, and even video supporting cell phones!
Why I built convertyourdvd.com
Remember when I mentioned "capitalism" earlier? Well,
I'll let you in on a little secret: Like those software designers I
talked about, I'm also a capitalist. As a capitalist, I'm filling a
need I believe needs filling. I'd be willing to bet there are a lot
of people out there in the same boat as me who want to watch dvds
on their iPod, Zune, or PSP. If you're here reading this, you're
probably one of them. Unfortunately, while there are software
options available that will allow you to do this, there's one
problem: There are a LOT of them to choose from, and many of them
aren't any good. That's where I come in.
Doing the Testing So You Don't Have To
While I was looking for a solution to my iPod problem, I checked
out a lot of software, some of it free, some of it not free, and a
lot of it just plain bad. I kept notes of which was which, and now
I'm going to share that information with you on the site. I will
recommend the software I think is best for the player you are using.
All software recommended will have a free trial available for
download that will allow you to test out a fully operational version
of the software in question. Then, after the trial is up, if you
like it, you buy it, and I'll get a small commission from the
merchant. That's right, I make a little money if you decide to buy,
and you get a software product that solves a problem for you. It's a
win win. Capitalism at it's best.
And if you decide you don't want to buy after the trial? That's
okay too. No hard feelings. Just know that the trial is temporary,
and the software will deactivate after the trial period is up.
Thanks for visiting www.convertyourdvd.com.
Take a look around to see what we have to offer, and don't forget to
take advantage of the free software trials I put together for you.
Heck, why not? It's free! I hope you find the site useful. If
you do, feel free to recommend it to your friends.
